This week will be a little different than the norm, because we have a birthday Tuesday. 

Sunday: Gnocchi with marinara, Italian turkey sausage and garlic bread

Monday: Enchiladas (Brown 1 lb of ground meat; season with taco seasoning; spoon into tortillas, and cover with canned enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese.  Bake for 20 min at 350F.  Makes 6-8.)

Tuesday: Steak, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Peas, and Corn Bread

Wednesday: Three Cheese Hamburger Helper with Peas

Thursday: Beef Stroganoff in the Crockpot (Brown meat chunks and place in slow cooker with about 1c Beef broth and a can of mushroom soup.  Add a few splashes of worchestershire sauce, pepper, and red pepper flake to taste.  Also add 2 cloves of garlic, minced and 1 8-oz package of slice mushrooms.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Cook wide noodles according to package directions.  stir in 1 16-oz container of sour cream into the crock pot.  Serve over the hot noodles.)
